Every time you watch or hear some success stories you think, I wish I would have …. more time, more money, discipline or something else what you think is between you and fulfilling your dreams.

And that is true.

.

Your situation is not the same.

.

But.

.

You can either use your situation as an excuse to justify it for yourself that you would also do it if just…

.

Or.

.

You could just start to take action and see where your road is going.

.

Wherever you want to be in your life, what truly matter to you, you need to invest for it.

.

If you are investing for stock markets, in the beginning you are taking risk to lose, in the hope of getting wins return in the future. 

.

Stock markets are like your fitness journey. You risk to lose your valuable time and effort in return to have better future.

.

It all starts to know who you really are, your values above all. 

.

What truly matters to you. 

 

.

If you want to be a parent for your children, you do automatically things that you don’t even recognize. You get up at night and take care of children, you go to watch their football game.

.

It is all about being a good parent.

.

When fitness is your priority, you do workouts, eat healthy without even noticing it. Because that is who you are.

.

How can you know what really matters to you? 

.

Take your phone out and write 2 most important things for you. 

.

After, take a look for your actions, where you spend most of the time?

.

If family is a priority to you, are you acting like it is the most important thing or are you lying to yourself? 

.

If family is the most important thing but you can’t find time for your family, it is not your priority. Where you spend most of your time is your priority.

.

If you feel like you don’t find time for your health, it is not a priority to you.

.

And that is totally ok. 

.

Just accept it and stop complaining. 

.

If you want to be better at something, make it as priority and find time for it.

.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. 

.

Accept that you can’t do everything, it might mean that for now you must put your work in the background in order to spend more time with your family or get healthier. 

.

You can always change later your priorities but don’t try to be good at everything, focus on the most important things for you.

.

Most of the people are thinking 95% about their problems and 5% how to solve that problem and that is where they go wrong. 

.

Identify your problem but do not overthink it. Start taking actions to solve it.

.

Remember that it all starts with action, start immediately. Take some mini action toward your goals. 

.

If your goal is to improve your fitness, go for a walk. 10-15 minutes.

.

It is all about starting, not being perfect.

.

Repeat imperfect actions day after day.

.

If you are not sure what you should do. 

.

I get you.

.

Sometimes it is hard to truly honest with yourself. It is hard to see where your truly problems are. 

.

Ask some help. Friend, family member or coach.

.

Ask them what they think about your problem and what you should do for it.

.

Shut up and let them talk. Ask your mentor to be 100% honest. 

.

It won’t help you to hear things you want to hear or what you already know.

.

Ask your mentor to support you on your way, keeping you accountable that you actually do those things, you know you should do.

.

It is easy to lose motivation or find excuses of not having time.

.

You need someone to support you through hard times.

.

Those times matter most.

.

Remember.

.

Being consistent is more valuable than being perfect.

.
